Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 4 Sunday:
- Atlanta Falcons tight end Feleipe Franks (arm) did not return against Washington. Cornerback Natrone Brooks was ruled out after suffering a concussion. Wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) was ruled out.
- Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring) did not return against Kansas City. Offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) and cornerback link-placeholder-5 also did not return. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) and linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) were ruled out. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said none of the injuries appear to be season-ending.
- Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore (elbow) was ruled out against New England. Offensive lineman Chandler Zavala (knee) did not return.
- Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (hamstring) was ruled out against Detroit.
- Detroit Lions cornerbacks Terrion Arnold (shoulder) and D.J. Reed (hamstring) and running back Jacob Saylors (hamstring) did not return.
- Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Travon Walker (wrist) was ruled out against San Francisco. Safety Eric Murray (neck) did not return.
- Indianapolis Colts running back Tyler Goodson (groin) did not return against the Los Angeles Rams.
- Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Eric Stokes suffered a knee sprain and offensive tackle Kolton Miller sprained his ankle, head coach Pete Carroll said.
- Los Angeles Chargers offensive tackle Joe Alt (ankle) was ruled out against the New York Giants. X-rays on Alt's ankle were negative, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. The initial diagnosis Alt's injury is a high ankle sprain, but the offensive lineman will have an MRI to confirm.
- Minnesota Vikings right tackle Brian O'Neill (knee) was ruled out against the Steelers after exiting the game in the first quarter. Center Ryan Kelly was evaluated for a concussion at halftime and later ruled out.
- New Orleans Saints Cesar Ruiz (ankle) did not return against Buffalo.
- New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers is believed to have suffered a torn ACL against the Los Angeles Chargers, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported. Nabers was officially ruled out with a knee injury. Safety Jevon Holland (neck) briefly exited against the Los Angeles Chargers.
- Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Ogbo Okoronokwo (triceps) was ruled out against Tampa Bay. Offensive tackle Lane Johnson (shoulder) did not return.
- San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall exited with a knee injury against Jacksonville.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jamel Dean (groin/hip) was ruled out against Philadelphia. Linebacker Haason Reddick (stinger), defensive lineman Greg Gaines (pec) and Benjamin Morrison (hamstring) did not return.
- Washington Commanders linebacker Ale Kaho was evaluated for a concussion against Atlanta and did not return. Defensive end Javontae Jean-Baptiste (pec) did not return.
