Kings of the NFL once more, the Kansas City Chiefs received more championship spoils.
For the second time in as many years and third time over the past half-decade, the Chiefs received Super Bowl rings on Thursday night, this time in celebration of their Super Bowl LVIII triumph over the San Francisco 49ers.
Super Bowl Most Valuable Player Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce, head coach Andy Reid and the rest of the league's newest dynasty were on hand in K.C. for the franchise's latest ring ceremony.
Kansas City's most recent title bash was a private ceremony in which the Chiefs were presented rings by Josten jewelers.
The rings were created in 10-karat white and yellow gold with rubies and diamonds, rife with historic details and tributes.
Among the ring tops are interlocked Chiefs arrowhead logos shaped from 16 custom-cut rubies -- symbolizing the franchise's number of outright division titles -- with the arrowhead fashioned in yellow gold and set with 50 diamonds. The logo rests proudly atop the franchise's four Super Bowl victories. Each ring has "back-to-back" emblazoned upon it in all caps, paying homage to the team's 2022 and 2023 season championships.

- Super Bowl years '69, '19, '22 and '23 on flags within GEHA Stadium
- "142.2" and "Loud" as nods to the Chiefs Kingdom
- 22 sequential diamonds representing the points scored by Kansas City in the second half and overtime of the Super Bowl
- The game-winning play drawn out using coach Reid's handwriting
- 19 diamonds within the Super Bowl LVIIII logo that represent 11 consecutive winning seasons and eight straight AFC West titles
- A commemorative patch honoring Norma Hunt
In all, the Chiefs' rings feature 14.8 carats, 505 round diamonds, 19 baguette diamonds, five marquise diamonds and 38 custom-cut genuine rubies.
It's been four months since an overtime victory in Las Vegas against the 49ers and two weeks since a trip to the White House for the Chiefs, who are hardly strangers to championships ceremonies at this point.
The Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV, also against the 49ers, to conclude the 2019 season, and claimed another Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LVII against the Philadelphia Eagles. Back this past season, Mahomes and Co. were hardly the juggernaut they've had their fans accustomed to, navigating an 11-6 regular season in which they were forced to go on the road for the playoffs for the first time over the past six seasons. The Chiefs were able to become road warriors, however, upending the host Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens en route to their fourth Super Bowl berth in five seasons.
Kansas City erased two three-point deficits in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LVIII to force overtime, where it once again overcame a three-point shortfall. This time, the Chiefs walked off with a scintillating 25-22 victory when Mahomes hit Mecole Hardman for a game-winning 3-yard touchdown.
The win enabled the Chiefs to become the first team since the 2003-2004 New England Patriots to repeat as Super Bowl champions, as the franchise became just the seventh to win four Lombardi Trophies.
It all led to Thursday, where the Chiefs received three times the bling and were bestowed with rings fit for NFL kings.
