Lewis, Dawson inactive for Browns

BALTIMORE -- Running back Jamal Lewis and kicker Phil Dawson have been placed on the inactive list by the Cleveland Browns in their game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Lewis has been hampered by a hamstring injury and Dawson is out with a sore right calf. Lewis leads the winless Browns with 95 yards rushing on 25 carries. Dawson is the team's leading scorer with 14 points. Lewis will be replaced Sunday by the tandem of James Davis and Jerome Harrison, and Billy Cundiff is expected to do the kicking.

The Browns will also be without offensive linemen Floyd Womack (ankle) and Rex Hadnot (knee).

Baltimore's inactive list includes rookie linebacker Paul Kruger, who is healthy.
