- Simmons, who's coming back from a torn patellar tendon, is believed to be ahead of schedule in his recovery and the expectation is he'll be ready for the start of the 2025 season, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Rapoport noted that Simmons' medical reviews during the combine have gone very well. Simmons is ranked No. 31 in Daniel Jeremiah's prospect rankings.
