The big storyline in this game is the fact that rookie running backs are taking over lead duties for each team. With Giovani Bernard out fantasy owners who were lucky enough to roster Jeremy Hill will enjoy another week of him in a featured role for the Bengals. And for Cleveland it seems like we're in the midst of a transition with rookie Terrance West getting more work than Ben Tate. Let's get into the player breakdown for this crucial matchup.
