- Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Naquan Jones (thigh) did not return versus the Dolphins.
- Baltimore Ravens defensive end Brent Urban (concussion) was ruled out versus the Browns. Defensive tackle Michael Pierce (calf) was ruled out.
- Chicago Bears offensive lineman Braxton Jones (knee) was ruled out versus the Commanders.
- Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown (right knee) did not return versus the Eagles.
- Cleveland Browns outside linebacker Ogbo Okoronkwo (knee) did not return versus the Ravens. Cornerback Denzel Ward (head) was ruled out. Linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (neck) was ruled out after being carted off.
- Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (illness) has been added to the injury report with a questionable designation for Sunday night's game versus the 49ers. He will be inactive, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported.

- Green Bay Packers safety Evan Williams (hamstring) did not return versus the Jaguars. Quarterback Jordan Love (groin) did not return.
- Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs (knee) and defensive tackle Tim Settle (calf) did not versus the Colts. Offensive lineman Jarrett Patterson (concussion) was ruled out.
- Indianapolis Colts safety Trevor Denbow (knee) was ruled out versus the Texans.
