Marsh has $20K of 'Magic: The Gathering' cards stolen

It was a rough Tuesday night for Seahawks defensive end Cassius Marsh.

Marsh went to Twitter on Wednesday to express frustration about his Land Rover being broken into the previous evening. The thief/thieves stole two backpacks inside the vehicle, including one that contained some of his Magic: The Gathering card collection.

Here is the jist of the heartbreaking story, 140 characters at a time:

Marsh told The Seattle Times that the estimated value of the cards is between $20,000 and $25,000, and that he's been playing the game since he was 11.

While the original collection hasn't been returned yet, Marsh received a consolation prize.

Hopefully a return of Marsh's prized possession is in the cards in the near future.
