Snoop Dogg gives back in L.A. with Snoop Special Stars
Rap legend Snoop Dogg has been giving back to inner city Los Angeles through football for well over a decade. Snoop's love of the game led him to creating the Snoop Youth Football League in 2005, a league whose players have enjoyed great success not only on the field-at the highest levels no less-but also off the field. But that's only part of the story. Within the Snoop Youth Football League is a program called Special Stars, a program that is changing the lives for kids with special needs, opening eyes and erasing stigmas in the process.
