  • CB Will Johnson (Round 2, No. 47 overall) has agreed to terms on his rookie contract, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. The signing of Johnson puts all of Arizona's 2025 draft picks under contract.

  • RB James Cook will report to training camp Tuesday amid his contract talks with Buffalo, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported, per sources. It remains to be seen how much work Cook will do or how involved he'll be on the field. The Pro Bowler took part in mandatory minicamp in the spring.

  • TE Dawson Knox was placed on the active/non-football injury list.

  • WR Jahdae Walker activated from the active/non-football injury list.
  • TE Colston Loveland (shoulder) is ready to go, general manager Ryan Poles told reporters, with a likely ramp-up period as he returns.
  • OL Braxton Jones (ankle) is also ready to go, Poles announced, with a similar ramp-up period.
  • CB Jaylon Johnson suffered a leg injury during training, per Poles, adding that while it will take a few weeks for him to return they aren't concerned about this long-term.

  • OL Tate Ratledge, Detroit's second-round pick, is taking all reps at center and it's a position the club believed he could play despite being a guard in college, according to head coach Dan Campbell. "We're putting a lot on him," Campbell told reporters Tuesday, via Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit. "He's drinking out of a firehose right now." The Lions are preparing for life with former C Frank Ragnow, who retired this offseason after seven seasons.

  • RB Sione Vaki (leg) won't practice Tuesday after exiting individual drills on Monday, per Campbell.
  • OL Miles Frazier (knee) will be out until September or October, Campbell said. Frazier was selected in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft out of LSU.
  • DL Roy Lopez won't practice for a few days after getting stepped on in Monday's practice, Campbell said.
  • DT Brodric Martin left practice early on Tuesday and is being evaluated for a foot injury, per the team.

  • LB Alex Anzalone, who is entering the final year of his contract, said he believes he's underpaid compared to other LBs around the league and expressed his disappointment with the club after raising his issue long ago. Anzalone added that he wants to retire a Lion but is unsure when he will hit the practice field.

  • WR Terry McLaurin did not report to camp Tuesday, NFL Network Inside Ian Rapoport reported. GM Adam Peters told reporters Tuesday that he expected McLaurin to report to training camp despite no new contract being struck. McLaurin expressed his frustration over negotiations last week, adding that he was unsure if he would show up to camp without a new deal.
