- G Will Hernandez is signing a one-year deal with the Cardinals, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported. Hernandez spent the last three seasons in Arizona but is coming off a torn ACL that ended his 2024 campaign prematurely. The Cardinals placed Hernandez on the physically unable to perform list upon announcing his signing.

- S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson was carted off the practice field with an apparent lower leg injury and there's no update on the severity, head coach DeMeco Ryans told reporters Thursday. Ryans added that it was "heartbreaking" to see Gardner-Johnson go down.
