- WR Jalen McMillan (neck) is expected to miss a significant portion of the regular season, perhaps up to half of it, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported. Head coach Todd Bowles told reporters Tuesday that McMillan suffered a severe neck sprain but that the injury wasn't considered career-threatening. McMillan suffered the injury during Saturday's preseason win over Pittsburgh after getting upended in the air and landing on his neck.
